Use the product tag `non-cancellable` to exclude a product from being canceled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When using the Cancel Direct app, you can exclude specific products from being canceled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It can be helpful to exclude certain products from being canceled, like digital products or giftcards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you want to exclude a specific product from being canceled, you can do so by following these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Go to your products and find the product you want to exclude from cancellation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on the product to open the product details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Scroll down to the tags area and add the tag non-cancellable<\/code>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
