When using the Cancel Direct app, you can exclude specific products from being canceled.

It can be helpful to exclude certain products from being canceled, like digital products or giftcards.

If you want to exclude a specific product from being canceled, you can do so by following these steps:

  1. Go to your products and find the product you want to exclude from cancellation.
  2. Click on the product to open the product details.
  3. Scroll down to the tags area and add the tag non-cancellable.

See below for an example of where you can find the tags area in your product details:

If a customer tries to cancel that order, this message will be displayed.
